A Charter Quote
This is the final display that shows a completed charter
quote. All aircraft in your fleet are quoted at the same time and will
display on the final quote page. This is convenient for attempting to sell
a larger/faster plane than the customer originally indicated. Provision
is made in the program for up to 12 aircraft in a rate file and an unlimited
number of rate files quickly interchangeable.There are many optional charges
possible, but only those lines with non-zero data will appear in the final
quote. Scroll bars are provided when the final quote exceeds what can be
seen on the screen.
Once the quote is displayed, you can save it in a Stored
Quotes File for later reference, print it, or simply discard it. Saving
or printing will cause you to be prompted for customer information. This
can come from a stored file of customer data and is used to identify each
saved and printed quote. You will also have print
options to select certain planes or the whole quote.
